chapter 334 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January session, 1890, en-
titled 'An Act to regulate the granting of license for
rhe sale of spirituous liquors in Baltimore county,' as
amended by chapter 436 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session,
1896, and to repeal said last mentioned Act."
