On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That the following recommendation and
request by 86 members of this House may be referred
to the proper committee and reported favorably, ask-
ing for an additional sum of one hundred and fifty
dollars be paid George M. Henultt, Chief Page.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Claims.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,

Senate bill, File No. 70, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 146 A, 146 B, 146 C, 146 D, 146 D-1, 146 E,
146 E-1 and 146 F of Article 81 of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled 'Revenue and Taxes,' as amend-
ed by chapter 120 of the Acts of 1896, and by chapter
313 of the Acts of 1898, and by chapter 26 of the Acts
of 1892."

Which was read the second time, and
Upon motion,

Made the Special Order for March 24th, 1904, at 1
o'clock, p. m.

Mr. Benson, from Committee on Corporations, re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 385, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for the establishment of an electric light plant in
the city of Baltimore, to be owned and operated by the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore."
