INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Harry,

A bill entitled "An Act to regulate the building of
bridges across the Monocacy river within one and one
half miles of the Jean Stone Ridge, in Frederick
county, Maryland."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Frederick delegation.

By Mr. Mitchell,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enat with
amendments, section 236 of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Washington County,' sub-
title 'Hancock,' as enacted by chapter 478 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, of the year
1892, providing for the assessment, levy and collection
of taxes in Hancock, Maryland, for municipal pur
poses."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Washington delegation.

By Mr. Keys,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 35 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Testamentary Law,1 sub-
title 'Administration.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
By Mr. Atkinson,

A bill entitled "An Act to amend section 94 of chap-
ter 441, oi the Acts passed at the General Assembly in
the year 1896, which provided that certain sections
should be added to Article 39 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Fish and Fisheries,' sub-title
'Chesapeake Bay.' "

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Game and Fish.

By Mr. Harry,

A bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the issuing of
licenses to sell spirituous or fermented liquors within
two miles of Bartholows School House in Frederick
county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
