153 and 154, of Article 33, ol the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title 'Elections,' sub-title 'Primary Elec-
tions.' "

Mr. Milbourne from Select Committee report favor-
ably, with amendments.
Senate bill, File No. 291, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 2, 3 and 4 of chapter 203 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, relating to
wild fowl and game, birds and animals in Somerset
county, as amended by the Acts of 1902, chapter 618,
and to re-enact said sections with amendments, and to
add a new section thereto, to be designated as 'Sec-
tion 3 A.' "
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
And be it enacted, That from and after the passage
of this Act, that every person who shall hunt game as
prescribed in section 2 of this Act, shall procure from
the clerk of the court of Somerset county a license as
follows: Non-residents shall, before being allowed to
hunt game under the provisions of this Act, pay a
license fee of ten dollars ($10) with 50 cents to clerk
for issuing same and residents, except they be land
holders hunting on their own premises, shall pay a
license fee of one dollar ($1.00) with a fee of 25 cents
to clerk for issuing same. Each offender for a viola-
tion of this Act, shall pay a penalty of fifty dollars
($50) or be imprisoned for not less than ten days nor
more than thirty days, or both in the discretion of the
court. All money derived from operation of this sec-
tion shall be paid over by the clerk to the school com-
missioners for the benefit of the public schools.
