the qualified voters of Garrett county to determine by
ballot whether bonds not to exceed the sum of $175,-
000, shall be issued by the Commissioners of said
county for the purpose of building and furnishing a
new court house and jail at the county seat, Oakland,
iu said county."

House bill, File No. 509, entitled "An Act to add
an additional section to Article 12 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title 'Garrett County,' sub-title 'County
Commissioners,' and to be known as 'Section 37 A,'
to require the Clerk of the County Commissioners to
mail or deliver commissions to the Supervisors of
Roads."

several police stations in the Fifth Election District
of Anne Arundel county."
