Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicomico
County,' to be known as 'Section 208 A,' under a new
sub-title of 'Fraud on Livery Stablekeepers,' provid-
ing for the punishment of persons hiring horses or
vehicles from livery Stablekeepers in Wicomico county,
to go a certain distance, and using said horses or
vehicles for a greater distance."
