hibit the laying of railway tracks upon Evergreen
Terrace, between Fulton avenue and Orem lane or
avenue, in the city of Baltimore, without the consent
of the General Assembly of Maryland."

valid tax sales in the city of Baltimore, made by one
city collector and reported, and the property conveyed
