House bill, File No. 527, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for a special election in Baltimore city for the
submission to the legal voters of said city of an
ordinance (the same to be so submitted at such time
and place as shall be fixed thereby pursuant to the
provision of section 7 of Article 11 of the Constitution
of Maryland) authorizing the insurance of stock by
the said corporation to an amount not exceeding six
million' ($6,000,000) dollars, for the purpose of sup-
plying additional means for defraying the expense -
and cost of carrying into execution the plan of im-
provements adopted or to be adopted under the terms
of the Act to create a commission on the burnt dis-
trict of Baltimore city, and for other purposes, passed
at the Jannary Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, in the year 1904."
