vide for the distribution of fines imposed and recog-
nizances forfeited in the Circuit Court for Worcester
county, not otherwise provided for by the Local Laws
of Worcester county, and for the payment of certain
moneys now in the hands of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for said county, paid to him under the provis-
ions of chapter 407 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, at its session of 1896 "
