orize the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county and the town Commissioners of Centreville to
sell, grant and convey in fee-simple or lease a part of
the Public Land in Centreville, Queen Anne's county,
Maryland."

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,

House bill, File No. 465, entitled "An Act to amend
and add certain new sections to Article 18 of the
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title
'Queen Anne's County,1 sub-title 'Queenstown,' as
amended and re-enacted by chapter 542 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, at its January
session, 1892, empowering the Commissioners of
Queenstown to compel property holders to erect and
build sidewalks."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."

House bill, File No. 364, entitled "An Act to repeal
Article 36, section 28, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Sheriff,' sub-title Fees for Delivering
Commissions to Road Supervisors,' so far as the same
applies to Washington county."

House bill, File No. 278, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Mayor and Council of the town of Kensing-
ton, Montgomery county, to borrow money on the
credit of said town for the purpose of constructing a
system of water works and electric lights, and to re-
to redeem all bonds of said town issued under pre-
vious Acts, and levy taxes on the assessable property
of the said town to repay the money borrowed and
interest, and to take effect after the (approval by the
property owners who are qualified voters in said town."
