     Robert: Howard. Dft.            Ordered by the abovesd Justices in Court Sitting that the Sheriff of sd County

   ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~            take into his Custody the body of Robert Howard, & him in Safe Custody

       keep till he give Securitie to deliver the Plantation he now lives upon belonging to m^rs Comfort Scott for y^e

       use of the Orphants with the Stock & faithfull acco^t at y^e full (viz) upon y^e 20^th day of November [ ] is Ordered

       sd Howard give 100^£ Sterling Security for himself & his Securities 50:^£ Sterling a piece to the sd Scott for y^e
