    Contr.                     }          for the Orphants Estate of Thomas: Walker Decd . _____

     And this day to witt the 15th. day of Septembr Ano. 1692 Came the Said Edmd
     Day, & his two Securities (viz) mr Walter: Lane & Richard: Stevens And
The Said Day Lane & Stevens did by Recognizance acknowledge & Confess themselves
to be indebted unto Thomas: Walker Son & Heir of Capt Thomas: Walker decd the Sum of
Six hundred pounds Sterling money of England due to be leavied on their goods and
Chattells Lands & Tennements for the use of the sd Thomas: Walker Son & heir of
the aforesd Capt. Thomas Walker decd  _____   - - - - -   _____   - - - - -   _____
The Condicon of wch Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Edward: Day, do
well & truly Satisfie Content & pay unto the abovesd Thomas Walker Son to the foresd
Capt. Thomas Walker, the Sum & Sums of money that shall become due to the said
Thomas Sonn of ye Said Thomas aforesd when at age of One & twenty years then the
Recognizance to be void & of none efect, otherwayes to be & remaine in full power force

Walter: Lane  Defendt                    was attached to answer unto Peter Bodkin plea of (trespass)

        And whereupon the sd Peter Bodkin by Peter Dent his attorney Complains (    )
        whereas the Said Josias in his life time (to witt) the 12th: day of August in the
year of our Lord 1688. at Monokin within the Jurisdiction of this Court was indebted to the (sd)
Peter in the Sum of two pounds ten shillings & Six pence half penny being the Ball of
a Certaine accot Between the Said Peter & the Josias as by the said accot here in Court produced
may appear and the Said Josias in his lifetime in manner aforesd being indebted did assume
upon himself & to the Said Peter then & there faithfully promise that the Said Josias the
Said Sum of two pounds tenn Shillings & Six pence halfe penny to the said Peter when he(should)
be requested would well & truly Content & pay. Nevertheless the said Josias the said Sum of two
