Pirrie of the Said County & Province, nine hundred pounds of good Sound Mertable
Tobacco in Caske in part of payment of  one greater Sum due by him to me by

Know all men by these presents that wee Edward Sudbury Edward: Wheeler and
Richard Cary are firmly bounden & Justly indebted unto their Maties King William
& Queen Mary Over England &ca. in the just Sum of twenty pound Sterling money
of England to be paid to their Maties as abovesd. & in form & manner as following.
viz) tenn pound Sterling to be pd as above expressed by Edward Sudbury his Heirs
Execcutors or Adm^rs. And five pound Sterling &ca. to be paid by each of the above mentioned
Wheeler & Cary, their Heirs Ext^rs Adm^rs to the true p^rformance of the premises above
mentioned, we have hereunto Sett our hands & affixed our Seals y^e 26^th: day of xber 1692
 
The Condicon  Of this Obligacon is Such that if the above bounden Edward
Sudbery be of his good behaviour abearance to all their Maties Liedge people of -
this County & more espetially to Henry Phillips of the County aforesd, and also y^t
he hunt with neither Dogg nor gunn off his Owne Land dureing the Courts B
pleasure, and also that he pay what was awarded by the Court to the Officers B
for fees & other p^rsons, then this Obligacon to void & of noe effect otherwise to
