and perquisitts that may accrue( by means) thereof (thereby)  willing & requireing
you to transmitt a full and just account of all your proceeding herein to me when
and as often as you shall be thereunto required. And further I hereby impower yw
to act and doe herein as fully & amply to all intents & purposes, as any Clerk of
Indictments within yr County have done and by Law ought to doe. Given at St.
Maries under my hand and Seal the 24th: day of October in the fourth year of
their Maties Reign &ca Annoq Domini 1692       George Plater

After the foresd Comission was Read the Said mr Peter: Dent
was Sworn Clerk of the Indictments for sd County of Somerset
 
At a Comissaryes Court held at the Citty of St. Maries before the Honble
   Noa:  Blakeston Esqre Chief judge for probat of Wills & granting Admrs &ca
within this Province the 22th of October Anno. Dom. 1692
 
Ordered that the respective County Clerks of this Province doe draw out
from their respective Records a faire Transcript of all letters Testamentary letters
Admrn Inventories & accots, warrants to Appraisors, Comissions to prove Wills, Bonds C
taken & all other matters relating to Testamentary proceedings passed in their
respective County Courts from the begining of the late Revolucion to this prsent time
& the Same to transmitt into the Office for probatt of Wills &ca. at ye Citty of St
Maries &ca With all speed.  Ordered also that publication be made by the said
Clerks at the next County Courts that the next Comissaries Court will be held at ye Citty
of St. Maries, the first day of December next ensueing whereof all prsons Concerned
are to take due Cognizance.    pr Order.  John Llewellin  Regstr ______
