William and Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith &ca. To Richard Chambers of Somerset County greeting. Whereas William: Jones Sonn of Charles Jones deceased. We doe therefore grant unto yw the said Richard Chambers full power and authority to Admr all and Singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, and to demand Colect and Leavy all and all manner of debt & debts due and owing to the said deceased, and well and faithfully to dispose of the Same. And out of the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, which have may or shall come to yr hands posession well and truly to pay the debts due by the said deceased, So farr forth as the said will extend and the law will Charge you. according to the true value of the Sum thereof You having first taken your Oath well and truly to Admr the same. And to make or Cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all & Singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased. which have may or shall come to yr hands posession or knowledge. Appraised in money, and a true and just account, of and upon your Admrn therein and to exhibit both into our County Court where wills are proved. Touching which Inventory yw are prsently assigned to performe or at furthest at or before the Second tuesday in June next ensueing and an accot. within twelve months from the date of these presents.
