20. To the deed of assignment dated May 20, 1946, from
Mildred F. Cohan to The Church of God of Anderson, Inc.,
a religious corporation, conveying property known as 1606
Harlem Avenue in Baltimore City and recorded in Liber
MLP 6929, Folio 137, etc., among the Land Records of
Baltimore City.

21. To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the
Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto, of John F.
Goucher, late of Baltimore County, deceased, duly admitted
to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County and
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of said
County in Wills Book Liber W. J. P. 22, Folio 194, etc., as
follows:

(1) To Morgan College of Baltimore City;

(2) To the Trustees of Chosen Christian College at Soul
(Seoul), Korea;

(3) To the Board of Governors of the West China Union
University in Chentu, in West China, and to the United
Board for Christian Colleges in China as the successor there-
to by consolidation effected since the death of John F.
Goucher;

(4) To the Trustees of Fukien Christian University at
Foochow, China, and to the United Board for Christian
Colleges in China as the successor thereto by consolidation
effected since the death of John F. Goucher;

(5) To the directors of the Theological School of Aoyama
Gakuin, Tokyo, Japan;

(6) To the Board of Directors of the Pai Chai at Soul
(Seoul), Korea;

(7) To the Board of Foreign Missions of Methodist Epis-
copal Church in the United States of America (the name
of which by change effected since the death of John F.
Goucher is now the "Division of Foreign Missions of the
Board of Missions and Church Extension of the Methodist
Church"), the gifts, bequests or devises thereto being in the
alternative in the event of any of the gifts above enumerated
being void.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is here-
by declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and
having been passed upon by yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
