center line of Oxon Run; thence southwesterly about 1. 1 miles
along the aforesaid line to its intersection with a line extend-
ing due southeast: from the mid-point of Boundary Stone No.
5 on the southeastern boundary line of the District of Colum-
bia; thence northwesterly about 0. 5 mile from the aforesaid
point of intersection to said mid-point of Boundary Stone
No. 5, the point of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That, in order to enable
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commis-
sion to finance the acquisition of additional park lands in
that portion of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan Dis-
trict lying within Prince George's County, the limitation con-
tained in Section VI of Chapter 1008 of the Laws of Maryland
of 11)4-3 upon the power of said Commission to incur indebted-
ness with respect to the purchase of park lands in that portion
of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District lying
within Prince George's County is hereby increased from
$800, 000. 00 to §1, 250. 000. 00 so that hereafter there may be
outstanding bonds and notes of said Commission authorized
by said Section VI for the purpose of obtaining the benefits
of said Public Law No. 284, as amended, in a par amount not
in excess of $1, 250, 000. 00 with respect to the acquisition of
park lands in Prince George's County. Any such bonds or
notes hereafter issued in excess of the above described limita-
tion now appearing in said Section VI of Chapter 1008 of
the Laws of Maryland of 1943 shall be issued in all respects
in the manner prescribed by said Section VI, shall be issued
upon the full faith and credit of The Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission and upon the full
faith and credit of the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County, shall be guaranteed as to payment of prin-
cipal and interest by said County Commissioners of Prince
George's County and shall be payable as to principal and
interest pari-passu with any other bonds or notes issued by
said Commission. to finance the purchase of park lands in
that portion of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan Dis-
trict lying within Prince George's County from the proceeds
of the tax or taxes therein directed to be levied and collected
for that purpose. In like manner, the limitation on indebted-
ness contained in Section VII of said Chapter 1008 of the
Laws of Maryland of 1943 is hereby increased from $800, 000. 00
to $1, 250, 000. 00, such increase in limitation also to embrace
and be applicable to any refunding bonds authorized by said
Section VII which said Commission may issue from time to
time hereafter with respect to the acquisition of park lands
in that portion of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan
District lying within Prince George's County.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That of the seven cent
(7c) tax which the County Commissioners of Prince George's
