    288.  An act to allow a pension to John Edward Ferrel, a private
in the American Revolution, and appropriating a sum of
money for the payment thereof.
    289.  An act to appoint Commissioners to run out, and mark
the line between election districts number one and four, in Allegany
county.
    290.  An act to incorporate the Church Creek Wharf Company,
at Church Creek, in Dorchester county.
    291.  An act to authorise the sale of Evans' Meeting House,
in Baltimore county.
    292.  An act to make valid a deed from John H. Powell, Jackson
B. Powell and Robert W. Powell, of the State of Virginia,
to Arthur M. Powell, of Worcester county, Maryland.
    293.  An act to make valid the acknowledgments of a deed from
