said Jacob Raymond, of which he died seized in fee and intestate,
lying in Kent county, Delaware, and in Kent county, Maryland,
and to assign dower to the widow of said deceased, in said
lands and premises.
    259.  An act to reduce the capital stock of the St. Mary's Savings
Institution.
    260.  An act to authorise the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
to condemn and acquire property in the vicinity of Richmond
Market, in said city, for the purposes of the extension of
said market.
    261.  An act authorising and directing the County Commissioners
of Calvert county, to levy upon the assessable property
of said county, such an amount of money as may in their discretion
be necessary for the proper repair of the Clerks office of the
Circuit Court of said county.
    262.  An act to authorise the vestry of St. Thomas Parish, in
Prince George's county, to hold a lot of ground not exceeding
twenty acres, for the benefit of said parish.
    263.  An act to purchase copies of the third volume of Maryland
Chancery decisions for the use of the Courts of each county
and for the benefit of the State Library.

the Frostburg Coal Company.

of Thomas Mains, late of Washington county, deceased, passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter

eighteen hundred and forty-seven, chapter one hundred and seventy-three,
incorporating the Weverton and Boonsboro' Turnpike
Company.
    269.  An act giving certain powers to the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, in regard to the Pittsburg and Connellsville
Railroad.
    270.  An act relating to the acknowledgment out of this State
or bills of sale.
    271.  An act to fix the per diem and mileage of the judges of
the Orphans Court of Worcester county, pursuant to the seventeenth
