75. An act to change the name of Mary Elizabeth
Wilhide, of
Frederick county, to Mary Elizabeth Beane.
76. An act to abolish the taking of security for
fines and costs
imposed in criminal cases in the city of Baltimore, and to regulate
the imprisonment of persons confined for the non-payment
thereof.
77. An act to authorise the American Mutual Insurance
Company
of Baltimore to wind up the business of said Company.
78. An act to form a new Election District out of
the upper
portions of the Third and Fourth Election Districts of Anne
Arundel county.
79. An act to authorise Dewit C. Handly, guardian
of the
children of Smart B. Lecompte, late of Dorchester county, deceased,
to apply the surplus rents of the real estate of the deceased
to the payment of his debts.
80. An act to amend the act entitled, an act for
clearing out
of Pocomoke River, in Worcester county, by means of a lottery,
passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and forty, chapter
two hundred and fifteen.
81. An act to regulate the Sessions of the Orphans
Court of
Baltimore county, to fix the pay of the Judges, and to authorise
the appointment of a bailiff to said Court, and to fix his compensation.
82. An act to define and establish the fiscal year

83. An act granting the leave of the Legislature
to the purchase
of a certain tract or parcel of land from Mary A. Wilson
and John J. Rawlins, by the vestry of Christ Church Parish, in
Calvert county.
84. An act to incorporate the Eastern Shore Railroad

86. An act for the greater security of the revenue
