AN ACT changing the name of John Jackson Fullmer
to John Jackson Lutts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of John Jackson Fullmer,
a native of the State of Pennsylvania, but now a
resident citizen of this State, be and the same is hereby
changed to John Jackson Lutts.

Name changed.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted,
That this act shall go
into effect from the date of its passage.
|

CHAPTER
73.
AN ACT to make valid a deed from Sophia C. Reed to
William H. Smith.
|
Passed March
17, 1853.
|
Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That a deed bearing date the twenty-fourth day of
September, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-one,
made between Sophia C. Reed and William H. Smith,
(since deceased,) and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore county, in Liber H. M. F., number one,
folio three hundred and fifty-five, &c., be and the same
is hereby confirmed and made valid in law to all intents
and purposes, as if the certificate of acknowledgment
of said deed, and the certificate of the identity of the
grantor therein contained, had been in due form of law.
