chose in action, due to the said infant or infants
may be
recoverable, to appoint a guardian or guardians over the
property or claim of such infant or infants, which said
guardian or guardians shall give bond, with security, in
the same manner as if such infant or infants resided in
this State, and that all guardians appointed under the
provisions of this section, shall be bound to the observance
of all such provisions of law as are guardians of
infants residing in this State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted,
That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 423.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay Hogan
and Thompson, of Philadelphia, for Stationery furnished
the State Library during the year eighteen
hundred and fifty.

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the treasurer, upon the warrant of the
comptroller, is hereby directed to pay to the order of
Hogan and Thompson, of Philadelphia, the sum of
ninety-one dollars and thirty-one cents, for stationery
furnished the State library during the year eighteen
hundred and fifty.
