member of the said company failing to pay the interest on
his, her or their premium note or notes, according to the
constitution and by-laws of the said company, may be excluded
from all benefit of insurance, and at the same time
held liable to contribution in case of loss by others during
all the time he, she or they may be so in default, any
law or statute of this State to the contrary thereof in
anywise notwithstanding.

     SEC. 11.  And be it enacted, That the said company
shall have full power and authority, to rescind or revoke
any policy of insurance by them issued, whenever they
shall deem it for the interest of said company so to do.
     May revoke

     SEC. 12.  And be it enacted, That the Legislature reserves
to itself the right to change, alter or annul this
act of incorporation at pleasure.
Reservation.
     SEC. 13.  And be it enacted, That for each and
every policy issued by authority of this act, it shall be
the duty of the president and directors to pay the State
Treasurer one dollar.

                           CHAPTER 326.

AN ACT to authorise the County Commissioners of
     Allegany county to levy for the use of the heirs of
     William Lynn and Frederick A. Schley, taxes over
     paid.



     Passed May
28, 1853.
     SECTION 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That the county commissioners of Allegany
county, be and they are hereby authorised, at
their discretion, to levy for the use of the heirs of
William Lynn and Frederick A. Schley, such sums of
money as they may be satisfied that the said heirs of
William Lynn and Frederick A. Schley, respectively,
may have over paid to the several collectors of county
charges for Allegany county; such sum or sums to be
levied and collected as other county charges are levied
and collected.
     Authority to
levy.
     SEC. 2.  And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.
