cents; for every four wheeled carriage drawn by
one horse, fifteen cents; for every four wheeled carriage,
drawn by two horses, twenty cents; for every narrow
tread four wheeled wagon, drawn by four horses,
twenty-five cents; for every narrow tread four wheel
wagon, drawn by six horses, thirty-seven and one-half
cents; for every broad tread four wheeled wagon,
drawn by four horses, twenty cents; for every broad
tread four wheeled wagon drawn by six horses, thirty
cents; for every narrow tread four wheeled wagon,
drawn by two horses, fifteen cents; for every narrow
tread four wheeled wagon, drawn by three horses, twenty
cents; for every narrow tread four wheeled wagon,
drawn by one horse, ten cents; for every sled or sleigh
drawn by one horse, six cents; for every sled or sleigh,
drawn by two horses, twelve and one-half cents; for
every score of cattle, twenty cents; for every score of
sheep or hogs, ten cents.

                           CHAPTER 273.

AN ACT to incorporate the Worcester Rail Road
                                Company.
Incorporated.
     SECTION 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That Peter Whaley, Littleton R.
Bishop, John C. Derickson, Zadoc P. Henry, Dennard
Williams, Ara Spence, George Bishop, Ebenezer
Hearn, James M. Fooks, Charles Parker, Lemuel
Showell, Cyrus L. Williams, John Powell, William
E. Timmonds, James F. Bravard, William Tingle,
and all and every other person or persons, who with
these or others in their stead, shall hereafter become
members of the Worcester rail road company, in the
manner hereinafter mentioned, their successors and assigns,
shall be, and are hereby created and declared to
be a body corporate, and politic, by the name and style,
of the Worcester rail road company, and by that name
shall and may have perpetual succession, and be capable
in law, of purchasing, holding, improving and disposing
of property, real, personal, and mixed, for the
purposes hereinafter authorised, and may sue and be
sued, plead and impleaded, answer and defend, in all
courts of law and equity, and may make, execute, and
deliver, or have or cause to be made, executed, and delivered
