CHAPTER
31.
AN ACT for determining the building line of part of
St. Paul's street, in the city of
Baltimore.

Surveyor to
determine
building line.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly/
of Maryland, That the Surveyor of the city of Baltimore,
shall ascertain and determine the building line of
that part of the west side of St. Paul's street, in the city
of Baltimore, which lies immediately north of Mount
Vernon Place, by laying out and running the same
from the front of the buildings, now erected on said
street, north of said Place, to the north-east corner of
the house now standing at the corner, formed by the
intersection of the south side of said Place and the west
side of St. Paul's street.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted,
That this act shall go into
effect whenever the same shall be approved by the
Mayor and City Council, of Baltimore.

CHAPTER
32.
AN ACT for the protection of the grounds of the
House of Refuge for Juvenile Delinquents.
|
No public
streets to be
opened.
|
Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That no public streets, lanes, alleys, roads, rail
roads or canals, of any kind, shall be opened through
the lands, or any part of the lands, of the House of
Refuge for Juvenile Delinquents, where the same are
exclusively used or appropriated for the purposes of its
incorporation, except with the consent of the Board of
Managers.
