RESOLUTIONS.
prevent any person or persons from instituting suit upon the office
bond of the said John Barnes, who may consider himself,
herself or themselves, aggrieved or injured by his failure to record
any papers or proceedings of Charles county court, which
were required to be recorded by law.

No. 75.
Resolved, That the executions against Thomas
Harwood, of
Prince George's county, on judgments obtained by the State of
Maryland, be, and they are hereby suspended until the last day
of December next: Provided, that the securities given by the
said Thomas Harwood, be approved of by the clerk of Prince
George's county court, for the payment of said debt, on or before
the first day of April next.

No. 76.
Resolved, That the executive of this state be
requested to cause
the pecuniary allowance to be made to the committee appointed
to visit the Penitentiary, as is usual in such cases; and that the
treasurer of the Western Shore be authorised and directed to
pay such draft, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise
appropriated.

Resolved, That the governor and council be,
and they are hereby
authorized to draw on the treasurer of the Western Shore, for
such sum of money as may be necessary to pay the printer of the
laws of this state, for printing such laws as have been, or may
be passed during the present session of the legislature.
Resolved, That the governor and council be, and
they are hereby
authorized to contract for such quantity of paper as may be
required for the printing of the laws of the present session, and
to draw on the treasurer of the Western Shore for such sum of
money as may be necessary to pay for the same.

The committee of grievances and courts of justice to
whom
was referred so much of the executive message as relates to the
distribution of two hundred copies of the fifth and sixth volumes
of Harris' and Johnson's reports, which were purchased
by order of the legislature, ask leave to report, that the committee
deem it advisable to distribute one hundred and twenty two
copies in the manner pointed out in the following resolution.

the said reports
