in the same manner as he could or might have done within the
time limited by law, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.

Dec. Ses. 1825.

    2.  And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the said Samuel
Bradford, before he proceeds to execute the body or property
of any person or persons for officers fees or public dues,
in virtue of this act, to deliver, or cause to be delivered to such
person or persons, chargeable with the same, at least thirty
days previous to serving or levying such execution, an account
written in words at full length of the officers fees or public dues
demanded of him, her or them, with an affidavit annexed, that he
hath not, nor any person for his use hath received any part
thereof, nor any thing as security or satisfaction for the same,
more than credit given, to the best of his knowledge.

    3.  And be it enacted, That the said Samuel Bradford, before
he derives any benefit from or under this act, shall lodge his collection
books, or a copy thereof, in the clerks office of Harford
county, to be opened for the inspection of all persons interested
in the same.

                                            CHAPTER 25.

An act to repeal an act, entitled an act requiring the judges of the county
    courts of the fourth judicial district of this state, to set apart certain
    days for the transaction of chancery business in said courts so far as
    the same relates to Caroline county.

Passed Jan.
26, 1826.
    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, 
That from and after the passage of this act, so much of the act,
entitled, an act requiring the judges of the county courts of he
fourth judicial district in this state, to set apart certain days for
the transaction of chancery business in said courts, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-four, be, and
the same is hereby repealed so far as the same relates to Caroline
county.

    2.  And be it enacted, That all writs and subpœnas for witnesses
shall be returned, and all jurors summoned to attend said
courts shall appear on the days heretofore prescribed by the act
of assembly in such case made and provided.

                                            CHAPTER 26.

An act to alter and change the names of Thomas Cradock Walker and
    John Cradock Walker, minors, and sons of Thomas C. Walker,
    of Baltimore county, to Thomas Cradock and John Cradock.

Passed Jan.
25, 1826.
    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, 
That the names of Thomas Cradock Walker, and John Cradock
Walker, minors, the sons of Doctor Thomas C. Walker, of
Baltimore county, be, and the same are hereby altered and changed
to the names of Thomas Cradock and John Cradock; and
Name changed.
