sum of $31,000. We offer the American Bonding and

DEAR SIR :—We propose to execute the printing of
the General Assembly of Maryland at the ensuing ses-
sion of 1904, as prescribed in Article 78, of Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, for the sura of
thirty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars.
We enclose bond to the State of Maryland in the
penalty of $30,000.00, conditioned for the due, prompt
and faithful compliance of the contract, if awarded
to us.
Attached you will also find copy of your advertise-
ment, calling for sealed proposals for same.
