Comptroller of the State Treasury and the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county, respectively, to
refund to George Brehm and Henry A. Brehm, co-
partners, trading as George Brehm and Son, money
paid by them for liquor license granted to Amon
Dorsey, for the years 1903, 1904, which license was
never taken from the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court
of said county "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 76 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, of the
Acts of 1902, entitled 'An Act to repeal sections 94 to
112, of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Wicomico County,' sub-title 'Revenue
and Taxes,' as repealed, amended and re-enacted by
chapter 398 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session of 1894, providing for the collection
of taxes in Wicomico county, and election of treas-
urer, and to re-enact the same with amendments.' "
