UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
The President laid before the Senate the unfinished
business of yesterday's session, being,
The order of Mr. Gill, reported from the Committee
on Rules, adopting the Rules of the Session of 1902,
as the Rules to govern the present session, to-wit:
"Ordered, That the Rules of the session of 1902, be
adopted as the Rules governing the present session of
the Senate."
Mr. McCullough offered the following proposed
amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by inserting "1900" instead of "1902."
Which proposed amendment was rejected by yeas
