998 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 28,

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 56 of the Code of Public General
Laws., title "License," sub-title "Penalties," to be
designated as "Sections 89 B and 89 C," obtaining
liquors by minors.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Austin, Robinson,
Dawson, Rogers,
Evans, Seibert,
Getty, Smith,
Gorter, Waters,
Hayes, Wirt,
Moss, Wootton—16.

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 653 D, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as said
chapter appears in chapter 343 of the Acts of 1890.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Money to pay Lewis H. Rehn as commissions on money
collected by him as Collector and Treasurer of the city
