"Section 8. And be it enacted that section 6 of the
original Act is hereby repealed and nothing herein
contained shall be considered as revising or re-enact-
ing said six sections of the Act of 1892, chapter 284."

On motion by Mr. Coffin,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 116 C,
of Article. 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
''Prince George's County," sub-title "County Treas-
urer," and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
sections 116 B, 116 E, 116 F, 116 G and 117, of said
Article, and to add a new section to be designated
"Section 117 A,"

Which had been heretofore referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings, was referred to
Messrs. Coffin, Getty and Brown.

On motion by Mr. Rogers,

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Ed-
mondson Avenue, Catonsville and Ellicott City Electric
Railway Company. .

Which had been heretofore referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations, was referred to Messrs.
Rogers, Hubner and Hayes.
