At the end of section 17 add the following:
"Provided, however, that the provisions of sections
15, 16 and 17 shall not apply to St. Mary's county,
but that the present law shall remain in force as to
licenses in said county."

"Provided, however, that nothing in this section
shall prevent any person having such unculled oys-
ters, he shall be permitted to cull such oysters and
return to the bed or bars any shells or small oysters,
but this shall not relieve such person from the penal-
ties as provided for in this Act for violations of the
cull law."
