ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the Order of the Day to be the consider-
ation of

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and rt-enact
with amendments sections 139 to 141, inclusive, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Health, Hours
of Labor of Children."

Which was considered, and
On motion by Mr. Gorter,

Said bill was re committed to the Committee on
Agriculture and Labor.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.

House bill entitled an Act to legalize and make
valid the appointment of Registers of Voters and the
Board of Supervisors of Elections in the city of Hagers-
town, and the entries made, acts done and proceedings
taken by said Registers of Voters in pursuance of the
duties required by the provisions of chapter 36 of the
Acts passed by the present General Assembly of 1892.
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
