Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1890, entitled an Act to amend Article 52, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justice of the
Peace," except as to Baltimore city, by adding a new
section to be designated ''Section 11 A."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas' and
nays, as follows:

6, 7, 8, 9, 10, "1.1, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, of an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1888, chapter 295, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the town of Hampstead, Carroll county.
