Electric Railway and Power Company of Anne Arundel
county.

Endorsed : "Returned to the House from the Senate
with the objections of the Executive; reconsidered,
and upon the question 'Shall the bill become a law
notwithstanding the objections of the Executive,'
(three-fifths of all the members elect not voting in the
affirmative;) the objections were sustained by yeas
and nays."
