House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 8, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'"Frederick County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit riding and
driving at an immoderate speed or gait over the
public bridges, in Anne Arundel county.

House bill entitled an Act lo add a new section to
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Roads," to follow
after section 177, and to be numbered 177 A.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections
of the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 20, title
"Somerset County," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Waters, Toadvin and Smith.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Council
of Brunswick, Frederick county, to issue improve-
ment bonds to an amount not exceeding the sum of
twenty thousand dollars.

House bill entitled an Act to protect trout in the
streams of Frederick county, and to repeal and re-

enact with amendments chapter 42, of the Acts of
Assembly of 1890.

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit persons other
than residents of Anne Arundel county from fishing

with seine or net- of any kind within the waters of
Marley Creek and Furnace Creek.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Moss, Hubner and Rogers.

House bill entitled an Act to empower the County
Commissioners of Charles county to levy a sum of
money for the building of a school house for white
children on Harris' Lot, Section 15, Election District
of Charles county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 49, of
Article 9, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
^Charles County," sub-title "County Commissioners
