Senate bill entitled an Act to add sections to Arti-
cle 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "For the
Safety of Persons Traveling on Railroads," requiring
railroads to operate telegraph or telephone service
along their lines.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
