House bill entitled an Act to regulate fishing with
hook and line in the waters of Back . River, Seneca
Creek and Middle River, in Baltimore county.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows, with proposed amendments :

tions to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "Liquor and In-
toxicating Drinks," to follow section 311, and to be
known as "Sections 311 A, to 311 H, inclusive."
