election districts, of said county. Howard county
shall constitute one assessment district. Kent county
shall constitute one assessment district, for which
there shall be appointed two assesors at large, and
also one assessor from each election district in said
county, each of which said district assessors, but only
for the district in which he shall be appointed, shall
join and act with the said two assessors at large for
said county in assessing all the property herein re-
quired to be'assessed in the election district only for
which he shall be so appointed. Montgomery county
shall constitute one assessment district, for which
there shall be appointed two assessors at large, and
also one assessor for each election district in said
county, each of which said district assessors, but only
for the district in which he shall be appointed, shall
join and act with the said two assessors at large for
said county in assessing all the, property herein re-
quired to be assessed in the election districts only for
which he shall be appointed. Prince George's county
shall be divided into three assessment districts, the
first to include election districts one, two, ten and
fourteen; the second shall be composed of the sixth,
seventh, ninth, twelfth and thirteenth election dis-
tricts of said county; the third shall be composed of
the third, fourth, fifth, eighth and eleventh election
districts of said county. Queen Anne's county shall
constitute one assessment district, for which there
shall be appointed two assessors at large, and also
one assessor for each election district in said county,
each of which said district assessors, but only for the
district in which he shall be appointed, shall join and
act with the two said assessors at large for said county,
in assessing all the property herein required to be
assessed in the election district only for which he
shall be so appointed. Somerset county shall con-
stitute one assessment district, for which there shall
appointed, by the Governor of the State, two assessors
at large, and also one assessor for each election dis-
trict in said county, each of which said district
assessors, but only for the district in which lie shall
be appointed, shall join and act with the said two
assessors at large for said county, in assessing all the
property herein required to be assessed in the election
