On motion by Mr. Pearre,
Said bill was ordered to be printed.
By Mr. Newman,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 291, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "Law Library," and to
re-enact the same as amended.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Moss.

By Mr. Brown,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
employ any and all male convicts and persons com-
mitted to the county jail of said county by the judg-
ment of the Circuit Court for said county or any
Justice of the Peace thereof, in working the county
public roads of said county and the streets of Centre-
ville, of said county, and to pass all necessary and
needful rules and regulations in relation thereto.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Brown, Dawson and Lloyd.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend and change the
the Legislative District lines of the Second and Third
Legislative Districts of Baltimore city, as now defined,
by an ordinance by the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, number 36, approved April 6th, 1882, and
passed in conformity with requirements of an Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 2, passed
at January Session of 1882, entitled an Act to provide
for the redivision of the city of Baltimore into elec-
tion precincts, wards and Legislative districts, and
