On motion by Mr. Hubner,

The vote by which said bill passed was reconsidered
and said bill recommitted.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and

delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the sure-
ties upon the official bonds of Stevenson Archer, late
Treasurer of Maryland, and for the settlement of the
litigation on said bonds.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, 5,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 20 A, 21, 28, 33 and 34,
of Article 72, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Oysters. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Mr. Moss submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

March 29th, 1892.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We respectfully request the return to this Senate of
House Bill No. 47, entitled an Act to pay certain
House of Delegates employees, for further consider-
ation by the Senate.

By order,

W. G. PURNELL,

Secretary.
Which was read, assented to and sent to the House

of Delegates.

A messenger appeared, and delivered a communi-
cation from the Executive.

At 2. 45 P. M.,

The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 2. 56 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business, and

On motion by Mr. Wootton,

The Senate adjourned.
