I would therefore recommend the adoption by the
Senate of the following resolution:

Resolved, That Samuel R. Bird, on the 3rd day of
November, 1891, was elected Senator from Calvert
county for the term of four years from the first
Wednesday in January, 1892, and is entitled to the
seat in the Senate from Calvert county for said term.
