ORDERS.

On motion by Mr. Wootton, it was
Ordered, That Senators Hepbron, Hubner, Newman,
Posey and Rogers be excused from attendance on
to-day's session of the Senate.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By Mr. Getty,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 16, of
chapter 610, of the Acts of the General Assembly,
passed at the January Session 1890, and to re-enact
the same so as to read as follows.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
-Messrs. Getty, Coffin and Waters.

By Mr. Hayes, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 196, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, sub-
title "Guardians and Infants " not residing in this
State, and re enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act relating to the sale of
liquor in the city of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

By Mr. Gorter, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to grant and give sanc-
tion to sundry bequests of Mary Michael, late of Bal-
timore city.

Senate bill entitled an Act to give sanction to sun-
dry bequests of Margaret Foley, late of Baltimore
city.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the en-
rollment of the Veteran Corps of the Fifth Maryland
Regiment.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Militia.
