House bill entitled an Act to refund to John H,
Giles, late Collector of State Taxes for the Second
Collective District of Somerset county, certain moneys
paid by him into the Treasury of the State.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows, with proposed amendments:

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Caroline county

to appoint an additional Constable for the First Elec-
tion District of Caroline county.
