House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the laying of
railway tracks upon certain streets in the city of Bal-
timore without the consent of the General Assembly,
Was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Gorter,
Said bill was recommitted.

Mr. Gorter, from the Select Committee to whom,
said bill had been referred, reported the same fav-
orably,

Said bill was then read the third time, and passed
by yeas and nays, as follows, with proposed amend-
ments:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Pearre
Austin, Posey,
Bennett, Robinson,
Dawson, Seibert,
Getty, Waters,
Gorter, Wirt,
Hayes, Wootton—15.
Moss,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to legalize and make
valid two books entitled "Plats No. 1, and Plats No.
2, " respectively, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit.
Court for Baltimore county.

Was read the third time; and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
