Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 184 F,
184 I, 184 J and 184 O, of Article 2, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County, "
sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks, " as said
sections appear in chapter 568, of the Acts of 1890,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Moss, Seibert and Robinson.

By Mr. Gorter,

Senate bill entitled an Act to grant the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the sale and
grant of certain leasehold property from John M.
Staib and Andrew Remdsen, to the Martin Luther
Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Baltimore city,
a body corporate, and to the acquisition by said body
corporate at any time hereafter of the fee-simple title
to said property.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
