Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to certain bequests
in the last will and testament and in the codicils
thereto of Susanna Warfield, deceased.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Wirt, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, reported said bill favorably, and the rules were
suspended so as give a second reading this day to said
bill, by yeas and nays, as follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Coffin, Robinson,
Dawson, Rogers,
Evans, Seibert,
