Said bill was then sent to the House of Dele-
gates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to
appropriate a sum of money not to exceed ten thous-
and dollars, to the erection of a monument in said
city.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
