Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of two additional police for the towns of
Brooklyn and South Baltimore, Anne Arundel
county.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of
said corporation to an amount not exceeding six
millions of dollars, for building a Court House and
securing the necessary ground therefor, for the open-
ing, widening, repairing and paving of streets.
